结构要求
1.1材料
节电器应选取性能满足使用要求的适用材料,并在构成节电器后应符合有关试验要求。用于电路中的电子元件及材料应符合有关的国家标准。
选取材料的适用性可用以下试验来验证,试验可在节电器上和(或)节电器的部件上进行。

1.2耐湿热性能
节电器应能承受交变湿热试验(Db)的考核。
其试验严酷等级规定为:高温温度为+40℃,试验周期数为6昼夜。节电器应在Db条件试验过程中的温度为25℃±3℃,相对湿度控制在95%~98%并避免在试品表面产生凝露,试验结束前进行绝缘电阻测量,后做工频耐压试验,耐压试验值为2000V,历时1min,绝缘电阻值应不小于1MΩ。
1.3耐非正常热和着火危险性能
绝缘材料部件由于电气效应可能使之受到热应力,并且绝缘恶化可能损害节电器的**,这些部件遭受非正常热和着火危险不应使其失效或危及**,节电器所用绝缘材料应能承受8.2.4规定的试验考核。
